South Island- Routeburn track/ Invercargill/ Bluff

Day 12
The classic toaster
Routeburn track
Drive only give us 3hrs and i took 2hrs to reach the top..... Sad. Left me alone struggling to walk, this is not very easy, the path is elevated, no flat ground at all.

From wearing 4 layers, less than 20mins start to take off layers....

Finally!!!
I thought I reach the summit and is not...

This is real!
Finally summit and all 4 layers is up again :P

Rushing down to the ground in 1hr, pant like hell :(
Pie @ Te Anau
This trip i cannot find decent pie at all except one at Queenstown. So wierd, I though NZ is country of pie.
Sausage roll 3.50nzd

Manapouri Lake

Ok, My bus break down when on the way to Bluff.

Tuatara Lodge @ Invergarvill

This is a very quiet town, not much shop opening. Good time to do laundry.

My dinner :)
Went to the pub next door, had the 5 malt Old dark, probably the best beer I had in NZ.
2 Beer and Oyster 37.60nzd
Bluff Oyster

South Island- Te Anau/ Milford Sound/ Gunn's Camp

Day 11
Breakfast @ Tahuna Pod Hostel
Nothing fancy but breakfast in NZ is quite expensive, free is alwasy good.

Te Anau Lake

Mirror Lakes

Kea, a native new Zealand bird
Stopover on the way to Milford Sound

Mildford Sound

All the rest taking Real Journey except me taking Jucy....
Never expect all of them joining the tour and no choice has to last min book Jucy on the counter. Jucy is slightly cheaper and more interesting, the ferry go all the way to the falls.

Very Beautiful scenery on the way to Gunn's Camp. In fact Mildford sound is insignificant comparing the other scenery.
Gunn's Camp
This is one of my favourite in this trip. Totally isolated with no WIFI and data. Electricity cut off at 10pm, turn on at 6.30am. Water heater is generated by wood fire. Very interesting place.
