Seville - Ronda - Granada

SEVILLE
Checked out my hostel 0730hr and go for breakfast at Bar El Comercio. 
After breakfast and took a tram (1.20eur) in Plaza Nueva to Plaza San Sebastian.
 JAMON SANDWICH (4eur)
 1/2 portion CHURROS (1.20eur)
This is very similar like the youtiao we had in home.
  HOT CHOCOLATE (2eur)


SAN SEBASTIAN BUS STATION
0930hr, took Los Amarillos Bus (12.70eur) to Ronda.
Journey: 1hr45mins

I bought the ticket 2 days ago, there are limited trip per day from Seville. So buy the ticket 1-2 days earlier if you had confirmed the itinerary. Their website stated 0930hr bus will arrive at 1045hr is incorrect, we only reached 1115hr.

 RONDA
Reached 1115hr, leave my luggage in the bus station. Rate charged by per hour basis.

I had initially bought bus ticket to Malaga then to Granada but last minute changed my plan and buy another train ticket to Granada directly from Ronda. Granada train station is under renovation this time and they had arranged bus transfer and the journey went very smoothly.

RONDA TRAIN STATION
Ronda to Granada
Journey: 2hr30mins
Paid additional 20.10eur and I can reached Granada 4hrs earlier.
GRANADA
Reached Granada train station at 1610hr and took a cab (8eur +2 eur tips) to my hostal. Granada is one of the city that offers free tapas. Every drink you ordered they will give you a tapa. And Alhambra is anther attraction not to be missed! Book at least 40 days in advance. I had booked 55 days in advance and the ticket was already 70-80% sold out.

Very comfortable and extremely clean room. Toiletries, hair dryer all included.




THE GRANADA CATHEDRAL
 

I had booked Alhambra ticket months in advance and I need to pick up the ticket at La Caixa ATM.
Had went to the Tienda de La Alhambra but the Queue is too long.

They have 3 outlets here, served seafood Tapas. Come early as all of their outlet will be packed in the late afternoon.

This is seriously good, best with beer.



CALLE NAVAS
Street full of restaurants and bars.
The first llaollao I saw in Spain.

Medium + 3 topping (3.20eur)
Bought 4 of these hand painted saucer. 1.95eur each 

Seville - Cordoba

2nd day in SEVILLE.
My hostel recommend me to go Plaza De America and it took me 40mins to stroll over.

LA FLOR DE MI VINA
Another nice tapas place in centro.
Located just 50metre away from my hostel, hidden gem in a small back alley.
I do not have much time and only have 15mins for the meal and to rush for my bus. However, still a satisfied meal:) Most Tapas around 2.50-3.50eur. Very reasonable.

Another MUST COME when in Seville.
This 2 items was recommended by the server.
Total bill including a beer: 6.50eur

STEWED IBERICA (2.50eur)
GRILLED SMALL SQUID (2.50eur)
This is amazing!!! The Squid is nicely and burst out juice when you bites on it. The charred taste is a plus!
 PLAZA DE ARMAS STATION
Took ALSA Bus 13.72eur (return)f rom Seville to Cordoba.
Journey for one way: 2hrs.
Train available, return will cost 40-60eur.

CORDOBA
Reached 1520hr.
CORDOBA BUS STATION

Just directly opposite the bus station.
Diagonally across the street, take Bus #3 to the Centro.
1.20eur each ride
The bus stop opposite this bridge (approx 5-6 stops).
Walk about 7-8 mins to the ROMAN BRIDGE.

SEVILLE
Reached 2045hr.
Went to another bar in Alfafa recommended by the hostel. 
The place is almost packed. Lots of varieties and with English menu.
