Check out hostel,  take 850am bus to shirakawa-go. When reached,  store my luggage in locker(next to tourist information) for 400yen. The snow here is stronger than Takayama, most is the sign board already cover with snow.  Basically I just walked blindly.
I went to the shuttle bus station, took a shuttle bus to look out (200yen) and see nothing, what a pity!
Bus leave every 20mins.
Can either insert coins or notes, it will auto change:)

Matcha powder, camembert cheese coated with peanuts.
Directional board had covered with snow so there is difficulty find ways.
Change my pass ticket at tourist information, toko the 12.25pm bus to Kanazawa n head for next destination, Kyoto.
Kanazawa is only a 85mins away. Due to the weather, my train had changed the route to another loop n will takes 40 mins more to reach Kyoto.
Kanazawa Station
Reached Kyoto station around 5pm. Walk around and source for dinner.  Unfortunately Katsukura is closed for renovation and I try out Wako Tonkatsu instead.  And it turns out good too.
The set cost 1242 yen including tax.
Juicy meat and nicely deep fried.
And there is little clams in the miso soup. This is the best Tonkatsu in this trip.
 Check in guesthouse.
Take train back to kyoto,  most shop close early around 8pm.
So I went to Yodashibaya (behind Kyoto Tower), it closed 930 pm while the food paradise close at 10.30pm.
