Nice hotel, newly refurbished in all rooms. Common areas and lift does not looks new.
Staff very helpful and trying very hard to speak English to communicate with customers.

Breakfast from Calypso Hotel
Junior Suite room (free upgrade)
Such a nice room but a pity without any shower foam.
Door eye hole is too high for me, I can't see even I tipped my toes.
Free day today and I headed to one of the award fine dining Vietnamese Restaurant.
Club Opera, 59 Ly Thai To
Total Disappointment, the whole restaurant has only one staff which can speak simple english.
Probably the lime juices is the best of all I'd ordered.

Sugar cane shrimp is overdone and too dry for the wrap.
Stired fried beef with lemongrass chilli too bland.
Total cost of the meal $31USD.
Hanoi Hilton, was a prison used by the French colonists in Vietnam for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. It was part of Hoa Lo Prison.
Entrance fee: 25,000VND
