Day 1 in Cluj Napoca

Reached 2225hr in Cluj Napoca Station. Walked 5mins to Junior Pensiune (163 lei).

Tiring day, showered and rest early for the night.

Simple basic room with not much of facilities.

There is a heater but not working

Day 2 in Cluj Napoca

Breakfast is included in our stay.

Next proceed to Sora shopping center to change currency. We had each changed 250eur for the trip. Exchange rate 4.49. Rate was not very good in the shopping center, there are few just across the street offering 4.50. In fact, most accomodation accept the rate at 4.50, it seems this is a standard rate for them. Saw the highest rate at 4.51.

Opera Theatre

Walked around the city centre and went to Taylor's Bastion. Just some barrier wall..... and it is what it has in the pic.

From there, took uber to Klass Wagen, our car leasing company (2mins from Cluj airport). Very good company and hassle free.

The rental of car for 8 days is 144eur. Full hassle free insurance 132eur. They will not check scratches since is a full coverage. Registration is easy and just took us 10mins. To book in advance via email is easy n very responsive. No credit card information taken so no need worry about extra charges after returned.

We got a Skoda, pretty new and good car. Next, proceed back to Pensiune to pick up our luggage before heading to Sighisoara.
