South Island -Queenstown

Day 14
Join the Shotover Jet (129nzd) for the earliest session for early bird discount.
It claims is the most exciting jet along the Shotover River Canyons. They are the only permitted operator here.
I find the jet trip is nothing exciting except very cold as the water is beating on your face n hands early morning. The surrounding scene of the canyon is beautiful though. I will prefer the one I had in Gold Coast, more fun and exciting.

Fregbaker
Pork Belly Pie with caramelised apple and dijon mustard sauce (6.90nzd)
Finally a decent pie I had in NZ which is quite weird...

Pretty good pie but not something that I will dreamt of.

Mrs Freg
Another sister company of Fregburger.
Ice cream (5nzd)

Back for my hostel daily soup, lentils potatoes carrots soup. Every day the same soup, different standard.
The weather is too cold in Queenstown, not sure why but I find Queenstown is the coldest in south island. Although temperature is 4-7 degree but it feel like below zero, very windy and chill. I nearly bought a jacket because of that. The weather is unbearable that I need to go back early then.
