Booked Ryanair (45.21eur including 15eur for baggage) to Barcerlona.
9.30am flight, 1h45m ride.
5.30am walked to Plaza Galicia for the Airport express bus.
One way (3eur), 45m ride. I actually reached in 30mins when I took 6am bus.
From the airport, I went to The Paella Club straight with my luggage.
Bought a T10 pass (10.20eur), can use for most transport except Airport metro for 10 times.
I took the Amuse Bouche Experience Class at 1pm @ 50eur.
I was on time and the rest of the mates was late, the class started only 40mins later.... But ended same time so actually quite a rush.
The set up is nice, accompany music is soothing.
Since I was early, they offer me a wine while waiting.

This is our coach, although this is hands-on session but is sharing.
So 2 people sharing hands on a bit here and there at the same counter.
I was trying to note down the recipe and instruction but the coach keep telling me they will provide recipe. I knew the printed recipe is always not as same as what we did in the class, it always happen since I have took few cooking class overseas.
There were few steps that are not taught, broth was ready, meat was marinated.....
Overall, if you want to learn to cook paella, this is not as details that you will be able to make the same at home. But if you just want to have some fun and experience, go ahead to join this.

The mushroom paella is really good but the secret broth plays the most important part which I probably unable to get it.
Seafood paella
Salted chocolate mousse
This is delightful! Not really a cocoa fan but the combination with salt brings the mousse to another level.
Mercado de La Boqueria
After a quick browse in the mercado, head straight to my hostel.
Rodamon Barcelona Hostel (62eur for 3 nights, 10bed dorm mixed)
This location is a lot better than the previous one I stayed, just 3mins walk to Diagonal metro and to Passeig de Gracia.
Although I am staying in a mixed dorm, I hardly met any other room mate here except the one staying on top of me. The room is big and spacious, every each bed has its own private corner.
Simple and sufficient
Waiting area
Kitchen
Communal area
Outdoor terrace
Outdoor terrace
This is my favourite combination when I in Germany and Czech.
