Taiwan Day 2- Puli/ Shuili/ Jiji (part II)

We wanted to go Checheng (车埕)secret garden but the driver don't know where it is...
After checking with his friends, none of them had know about this place.
Out of no choice, we agreed to come to Paper Dome instead:(

Entrance fee $100NT each, redeemable.

Next, we go to Shuiling (水里).

So cute, in the older days, the women perm their hair by walking inside the snakekiln.
牛練池
Kilns relied on cattle to prepare clay mixtures. A ceramics worker would lead a cow around in circles, treading over soil in a field. Another worker would follow behind them scraping down the soil to fill in the holes left by the footprints. After this step was repeated over and oever again, the soil would become firm and sticky.
The workers will also blindfolded the cow so that it would not follow its own footprints and could make more soil become firm and sticky.

 Jiji (集集).
Our drive give us 1.5hrs free & easy.
Able to rent a motor bicycle, scooter without a license.
We rent 2 bicycle at $150NT.
 Half way on the road...
