Start our journey at 4am.
Join EGO to Hehuanshan (和欢山)at $400NT each.
First stop to look at stars and then wait for sunrise.

Unfortunately it was a cloudy day...
She hides her hands inside the jacket.
Still cannot see her hands.

This is highest peak in Hehuanshan.
WULING
Reached our minsu at 7.45am.
WE went back to our little hut, bathe and prepare for check out.
 Starry Minsu main building.

 Simple yet delicious breakfast.
Fragrance milk tea
Salad
Toasted almond buttered bread
Egg with ham/ cheese bread
9.30am set off our next destination- Puli (埔里).
Today we engage a driver to drive us around for $3800NT.
The initial driver pass this job to another inexperience driver, and some places he is not very familiar. For us, not a enjoyable experience with an inexperience driver. We were only informed one day beforehand.

PULI BREWERY
 Shaoxing ice cream
Can't really take wine ice cream, we just took a sip each.

Even the shaoxing sausage taste wierd too.
Prefer the Gaoliang sausage more.
Nothing much here, can give a miss if not a wine lover.
 Lunch time
The driver took us to "well known" pork belly rice in Puli.
We didn't finish them afterall.

Pork chop rice with cabbage
Pork belly with cabbage
Guangxi Paper Mill (廣興紙寮)
Just go to the counter and request for free tour (avoid lunch time).
The paper is separated with the nylon string. They wont stick together because of the fibre.
Paper is press and drain here.
Lastly, the wet sheet is placed on the hot table top.
It take skills to brush flat the paper.
Edible paper

There are 2 types of DIY session here.
The full or half session.
