Stopover at Amsterdam

6 Feb 2017

We have a 5h40m stopover at Amsterdam.
There were no queues at the custom and we quickly head to train station bought a return ticket (9.50eur) using credit card.
 0.70uer for toilet
7eur for shower
It took only 14mins to reach the city centre. We got out from the wrong exit and took a big route back to the city center.

Whilst trying to find the location, we passed by a flea market and tried their braadworst (2eur).

 Winkel 43
Ordered a Apple pie, hot chocolate and croissant. Pretty good crust on the apple pie, served cold and don't fancy raisins...
Croissant ok but nothing special.
The cafe is full house early in the morning.

 Next, Rijksmuseum.
Here we can see many tourists posing for photo taking.

Heineken Brewery

After this we took a tram back to train station. Alighting at dam station, I saw Primark! Quickly spend 20mins, grab 4 pcs n rush to train station.

Missed 2 trains because going to wrong platform. N finally reached airport 40mins before flight departure. Just need to scan boarding pass to enter but the scan check is terrible, moving very slow. Both of us ran to the boarding gate n reached the gate 15mins before departure. AND we are not the last one!
Another 1h45m flight to warsaw and start our eastern Europe holiday now.
