We took the early train (EIC 49pln) to Krakow. Remember to book early to entitle the 70% discount (booking open 30 days in advance).

Left baggage in office is cheaper.
Large @ 6pln (office till 2200hr).
Coin locker is 12pln for 24hr.
Then buy train ticket to Wieliczka Salt Mine. 3.50pln, takes 15mins and 30mins interval.
Bus is 4pln, takes 20mins and 20mins interval.
Train is easier as the weather is very cold and we do not need to step out of the station.
Wieliczka Salt Mine
From train station, walk 5mins to the salt mine.
Wieliczka Salt Mine 86pln including English tour. Took around 2hrs.
350 steps to reach 135m underground.
This lift is definitely overload. Everyone is squeeze body to body before the operator allow the lift to go up.
Back to this food court again after 4 years.
Lunch time @ Galleria Krakowski food court. Just had some KFC and buffet food by weight (2.60pln per 100g)

We explored the mall for awhile and head to our apartment to check -in around 4pm and took a rest till 7.30pm.

Krakow is chilling cold although without snow. We walked around the area and found a restaurant and settled our dinner there.

The weather is too cold (-8 and feel like -13 according to forecast) that we don't feel like walking any further to explore the town.

Krakow Glowny Train Station
From bus station, took a bus (4pln) to Kuznice. There is a long queue for the ticket to Kasprowy Wierch.
We went to the express counter to skip the long queue. Automated machine can only purchase more than 2 hours in advance.
99pln return from express counter. If follow queue 69pln, the queue is very slow and looks like it will takes hours.

It took only around 10m to reach the peak. From there, it is not easy to walk further as the path is quite steep up there n the snow is thick. We just stayed there for around 20mins and went back down.
From there we took a minivan and stopped near Krupowki Street.
Grab some pastry and proceed to another cable car station.

We walked till the end of the street n buy cable car ticket to Gubalowka (23pln) each.

Supposingly to have an 1hr snowmobile tour but we couldn't find their office, realizing their office is 1km from the cable car station buy we walked around 25m still have no sight of it. Then we took a horse ride (50pln) back to the station.
We took 1850hr bus back to Krakow.

Wake up morning to have breakfast at Smakolyki. Pretty good breakfast at around 14-18pln each.
Walk around the city till 1pm and check-out.
Today is sunny, even the birds are out for fun.
The lady is so nice to smile at the cam.

After check-in, we left our luggage in JJ apartment and we walked to nearby cafe, BONJOUR Cavaliers for tea break. They served very good chocolate tart, Quiche and hot chocolate.

Then we walked to Wawel Castle. From there took uber to Oscar Schindler Factory.
Join free walking tour for this, 30pln each + 21pln entry fee.
After the tour, we took uber back to Smakolyki for dinner. The place was packed and not really good dinner. Total bill 62pln.
Back to the apartment, shower and prepare to head to bus station.
Midnight bus to Budapest at 2350hr.
