Day 5 Tokyo

2-12-2019

This is my favourite sandwich, mayo ebi.
Took train to Jiyugaoka.
JIYUGAOKA is also known as Tokyo Little Europe.

Mont- Blanc
The birthplace of the Japanese Mont-Blanc.
Mont Blanc, a typical Japanese layered sponge cake with nama cream, rich chestnut cream and top with chestnut puree.
(734yen)

Motomura Gyukatsu @ Shibuya outlet
They have few outlets in Tokyo, I do not need to queue though inside is full around 3pm.
Gyukatsu set without the grated yam (1400yen)
The beef in Asakusa Guykatsu seems better but the long queue do not justify the wait. The rest of the condiments are same.
Luke's Lobster
 (1058yen for regular)
NEKA- MEGURO
Came all the way here for the illumination but the whole street is so quiet and dark.
This Meguro river should be nice during Sakura season.
Starbucks Reserve Roastery
This is the largest Starbucks reserve roastery in the world at this moment, overtook Shanghai outlet with total gross floor area of 32,000sqft.
Overall, I personally think Shanghai outlet is more elegant and in a more prominent location.
