Book 8am bus (Ouibus 6.99eur) to Bayonne.
2h45m ride, arrived around 10.45am. Very happy with Ouibus, easy to book via app and quite punctual.
After alighting the bus, while walking to the hotel saw this beautiful rainbow.
Approx 5mins walk to the hotel.

Hotel Cote Basque (49.70eur per night)
Very good location, just opposite train station (2mins walk) and the bus to Biarrtz is right in front of the hotel. About 12-13mins walk to old town.
Very nice, spotless clean hotel (includes breakfast but I checkout too early to see their spread). The walk-in rate is only 35eur when I was there, much cheaper than booking via booking.com.
